Fitness Area

The first floor of the New Spa Centre is occupied by a large gymnasium with glass walls and highly innovative fitness solutions, such as the Cardio Wave, the new Technogym machine that demands coordinated efforts for complete cardiovascular training, to train and recover coordination and balance.

The gym also features a Kinesis wall, a revolutionary Technogym training concept that improves strength, flexibility and stability with free and natural movements.
