The doctor answers: for questions on thermal medicine — indications and contraindications of the therapies — Dr Mara D’Andrea, specialist in medical hydrology, is available. Sulphurous waters are indicated for many inflammatory conditions of the respiratory system, the middle ear, the musculoskeletal system and the skin.

How to get here
By car
- A24 Rome–L’Aquila motorway: «Tivoli» exit (then Via Tiburtina towards Rome) or «Settecamini» exit (then Via Tiburtina towards Tivoli).
- Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome ring road): exit no. 13 Via Tiburtina, towards Tivoli.
By train
Direct regional train from Roma Tiburtina or Roma Termini to «Tivoli Terme» station (Rome–Tivoli line). The stop is about 150 metres from the thermal centre.
By bus
C.O.T.R.A.L. «Via Tiburtina» bus departing from the Ponte Mammolo Metro station (Line B), every 15 minutes. The stop is opposite the thermal centre.
