Opening hours by department

Each department keeps its own opening hours. The details are given below; hours may vary on public holidays, during seasonal openings or following special notices from the establishment.

Thermal departments

• Inhalation department — Monday to Saturday, 8:00–15:00 (last admission at 14:30). Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Ear, nose and throat (ENT) department — Monday to Saturday, 8:00–14:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Mud and balneotherapy department — Monday to Saturday, 8:00–13:00, by appointment. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Wellbeing and beauty

• Le Vie del Benessere — Monday to Friday 10:00–17:00; Saturday 10:00–18:00 by appointment; Sundays and public holidays 10:00–17:00 by appointment. Closed on Tuesdays.
• Beauty department — same hours as the wellbeing department. Closed on Tuesdays.

Medicine and rehabilitation

• Physiotherapy — open by appointment.
• Specialist medicine and physiatry — open by appointment.

Admissions desk and outdoor pool park

• Reception and thermal cures Admissions desk — Monday 8:00–16:00; Tuesday 8:00–14:30; Wednesday to Saturday 8:00–16:00; Sundays and public holidays 10:00–16:00.
• Outdoor pool park — every day 9:30–18:00 during the summer season, weather permitting.

Thermal cures

The cures may be provided under agreement with the Italian National Health Service (SSN) where applicable. For prescriptions and co-payments (ticket), please contact the Admissions desk.

Advice for our guests

To make the most of your experience at the Terme di Roma, here are a few recommendations before treatments and before entering the thermal and wellbeing areas.

• Take a shower before treatments.
• Remove contact lenses before thermal treatments.
• Carry out any hair removal at least 24 hours before treatments.
• Avoid intense sun exposure before and after the treatment.
• For facial treatments, men are advised to shave at least an hour beforehand.
• Avoid accessories and jewellery while immersed in the sulphurous water.
• Access to the wellbeing area and to the balneotherapy cures is not permitted during menstruation.

In the event of health problems, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension or pregnancy, clearance from your own doctor must be presented. Alternatively, a consultation with the spa physician may be requested at the Admissions desk, at a cost of € 20,00.
