The recovery massage is aimed at relieving tiredness, both physical and mental, reactivating circulation and promoting tissue oxygenation. This is a special technique in which the therapist, by gently touching the skin, guides the lymph in the drainage direction.

Manual lymphatic drainage studied and applied by the Danish doctor Emil Vodder is an internationally recognized massage technique as the most effective method against edema, lymphatic stasis, headaches, dark circles and in general all swellings caused by an insufficient drainage system. It is a particular technique because the massage therapist performs very light touches aimed at “channeling” the lymph in the direction of drainage. Vodder lymphatic drainage has remarkable effects.
